Shipping & Return Policy for Military Equipment

At Military Equipment, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping while ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. Please find below our updated Shipping and Return policies:

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, will be displayed during checkout based on the product and delivery location. Any special charges or discounts will be communicated at the time of order processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt (excluding customized products). Customized products are processed and dispatched within 3-4 working days.
  • Delivery Time:
    • A-1 and A-2 Metro Cities (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad): Deliveries typically occur within 4-8 working days after dispatch.
    • Other Cities: Expect delivery within 5-9 business days.
    • Ground Shipping: May take 8-10 business days for delivery.
    • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 10 business days or more, depending on geographical constraints.

Non-Working Days

  • Deliveries will not be made on public holidays, national holidays, or bank holidays.

Changing the Delivery Address

  • Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service team at mil.eqip@gmail.com Please be prepared to answer security questions for verification.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. If the delivery fails, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we will assist you with the return process.

Shipping to APO Addresses

  • We ship to APO addresses exclusively through India Post, as private couriers cannot enter defense establishments.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Restricted Products: Certain products, such as ballistic gear, uniforms, rank epaulettes, and other military accessories, can only be shipped to APO addresses. These items will be dispatched exclusively via India Post.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order directly via the Order Details section on Order Tracking

Returned Orders

  • If your order is returned to us due to delivery failure, our customer relations team will contact you to reconfirm the address and arrange for reshipment.

Return Shipping Charges

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges for any returned items, including returns due to changes in address or other reasons unrelated to product defects.

Returns & Replacements Policy

At Military Equipment, we take pride in the quality of our products, but if there’s an issue, we are here to help.

Conditions for Returns

  • Eligible Returns: Products are eligible for return or replacement if they are damaged during transit, defective, or not as ordered, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable items
    • Opened or used items
    • Products in damaged condition upon arrival
    • Items sourced or delivered outside of India

Return Process

  • To request a return or replacement, email us at mil.eqip@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive confirmation from us before sending the item back. We will arrange for a replacement or return as necessary.

Replacement Procedure

  • Free Replacement: If your item is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost. We will initiate the replacement process and arrange for delivery via our logistics partner. The delivery team will attempt delivery thrice. If unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds: If a product is unavailable or cannot be shipped on time, you will receive a 100% refund. This applies if we are unable to fulfill your order or if the delivery address is outside the courier service area.
  • Partial Refunds (90%): If the customer declines a suitable replacement for an available item, we offer a 90% refund of the order cost.
    • For Express Orders, a 90% refund will be given if the delivery address is outside the service area or if the customer opts for cancellation.

Custom or Perishable Items

  • We do not accept returns or replacements for customized or perishable items, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process for Out-of-Service Areas

  • If the delivery address is outside the service area or undeliverable, we will issue a 100% refund.
