Shipping Policy

Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order processing for certain products/services.

Q: What are the estimated delivery times?
A: We aim to dispatch orders (excluding customized products) within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customized products are dispatched within 3-4 working days. Delivery usually takes place within 3-7 working days after dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad). For other cities, delivery takes between 4-8 business days. Ground shipping may take longer compared to air couriers, with delivery between 7-9 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location and geographical constraints.

Q: On which days is delivery not available?
A: Delivery is not available on public holidays, national holidays, or bank holidays.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
A: If your order has been placed but not dispatched, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@militaryequipment.co.in as soon as possible to request changes. Please note that for security reasons, we will require you to answer a few security questions before making any changes to your order. If your order has been placed and dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a secondary delivery address. In such cases, if our shipper is unable to deliver to your provided address, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Q: How are APO addresses shipped?
A: All APO addresses are serviced exclusively via India Post, as private courier services are unable to enter defense establishments.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping charges will be displayed at the time of placing the order.

Q: Are there restrictions on shipping certain products to civilian addresses?
A: Yes, by law, certain products such as Ballistic Products, Uniforms, Rank Epaulettes, and other accessories meant to be worn by soldiers can only be ordered to APO addresses and will be shipped by India Post.

Q: How will I receive my tracking ID?
A: After dispatching from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. The same information will also be available in your order details on www.militaryequipment.co.in.

Q: What if my order is returned?
A: If your order is returned to our warehouse, our customer relations team will reach out to you to re-confirm the address and arrange for re-dispatch.

Q: Who bears the shipping charges in case of a return?
A: The customer bears the shipping charges for returning the product to the warehouse. Military Equipment will bear the shipping charges for the replacement.

In 7 days except the following :

  • Products perishable in nature
  • Gift Certificates
  • Items that have been used or opened
  • An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
  • Items sourced or delivered outside India.
  • Electronics and Mobiles [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :

  • The item may be damaged during transit
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Our Return Policy

  • Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
  • There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
  • In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
  • In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.militaryequipment.in nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Refund Policy by www.militaryequipment.in

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem :

  • If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final
  • If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
  • 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
  • For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given.

Cases of customer demanding refunds :

  • Refund will be 90% of Order Cost, in case of customer don’t want suitable and available replacement of product
  • In express-orders only 90% refund will be given, If the delivery address is out-side the service area
