Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact
Non-returnable items include:
- Used or washed products
- Innerwear, socks, balaclavas, and personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized, special-order, or unit-specific products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Clear images or video showing the issue

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Bank account / UPI (as applicable)
Please note, Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Replacement Policy
We offer replacement instead of refund in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products during transit
- Wrong product delivered
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer size or color exchanges. Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 working days
Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds or returns will be issued if:
- Incorrect address or contact details are provided by the customer
- Delivery fails due to customer unavailability
- Product is returned in damaged or used condition
- Product shows signs of wear, alteration, or tampering
Military & Tactical Use Disclaimer
- Our products are designed for professional and rugged use. Minor variations in color, finish, stitching, or material texture may occur due to batch production and do not qualify as defects.
