MODEL 05 is a fully modular, mission-ready 3-layer extreme weather sleeping system, engineered to perform reliably in cold, wet, and high-wind environments. Outer Shell & Core Construction

The outer shell is constructed from 100% high-performance nylon fabric that is waterproof, air-proof, and breathable, forming a robust barrier against wind, moisture, and heat loss. This protective shell is designed to minimize air penetration while maintaining internal comfort in harsh field conditions.

Insulation & Inner Comfort

The main sleeping bag is insulated with 350 GSM hydrophobic hypersonic poly-fill, delivering consistent warmth even in damp or humid environments. A WR-treated, air-proof polyester liner enhances comfort, moisture management, and heat retention during extended use.

Detachable Thermal Inner Layer

• For extreme cold conditions, the system includes a detachable waterproof fleece inner layer featuring:
• Outer shell: Air-proof nylon fabric
• Inner lining: 250 GSM premium anti-pilling micro fleece on both sides
• This inner layer can be used independently as a lightweight sleeping bag or integrated into the main system to significantly boost thermal performance.
