Product Display & Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary depending on your device or screen settings. Military Equipment does not guarantee exact color accuracy.

The user confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age, or is accessing the website under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Shipping Responsibility
Military Equipment shall take full responsibility for orders shipped to major cities using recognized government/private courier companies (such as India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, DHL, etc.), subject to courier terms and conditions.
Pricing & Availability
Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Military Equipment.
Order Cancellation
Requests for cancellation of orders once placed and confirmed on www.militaryequipment.in shall not be entertained, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order Refusal & Refunds
Military Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or due to any technical or operational error. If payment has been received, the amount will be refunded and the customer will be informed accordingly.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
In case of non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or customer unavailability, any additional costs incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
User Information
The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and authentic information while placing an order or registering on the website. Military Equipment reserves the right to verify the information provided and may cancel or restrict access if any information is found to be false or misleading.
Payment & Credit Card Security
Military Equipment shall not be liable for any type of credit/debit card or payment fraud. The responsibility for fraudulent transactions lies solely with the user. Users must use their own authorized payment methods while making purchases.
Complaints & Claims
Any complaint regarding an order must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Complaints raised after this period may not be entertained.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of this agreement.
Defence & Tactical Use Disclaimer
Products sold under the Military Equipment brand are designed for defence, tactical, outdoor, training, and rugged utility purposes. While many products are manufactured to meet military-grade or tactical standards, use of these products is strictly at the user’s own risk.
Military Equipment shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or operational failure arising from:
Improper use, modification, or unauthorized alteration of products
Use beyond the intended purpose or environmental limits
Use during combat, training exercises, extreme conditions, or hazardous activities
Failure to follow usage, safety, or maintenance instructions
Products sold on this website do not guarantee protection against injury, harm, or fatality and should not be treated as certified protective equipment unless explicitly stated.
Certain products may be restricted for use by authorized defence, law enforcement, or government personnel only. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and departmental permissions before purchase and use.
Military Equipment does not provide legal authorization for the possession or use of restricted tactical or defence-related gear. Any misuse or illegal use of products shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
